- We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date product information, but we do not guarantee that all descriptions are error-free or complete
- Products sold on Meji are curated and may be fulfilled directly by us or our trusted partners.
- Colors may appear slightly different on various screens
- Natural variations in handmade items are not considered defects

Order Process

A sale is considered final when payment is successfully processed and an order confirmation is issued.

We may refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:
- Product availability
- Errors in pricing or description
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions

Pricing and Payment
- You agree to pay the full amount (item price + shipping + applicable taxes)
- Payments are processed through secure third-party providers
- We are not responsible for payment failures caused by third-party services
- Orders will not be processed until payment is successfully completed

Shipping and Delivery
We aim to ensure timely and secure delivery. However, we are not liable for delays caused by:
- Courier services
- Weather conditions
- Customs or regulatory delays
Risk of loss passes to you once the product is delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Returns and Refunds
- Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items unless otherwise stated.
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- We may refuse returns that do not meet these conditions

- Losses arising from User transactions or use of the Site
- Delays, failures, or disruptions caused by third-party service providers, including payment processors, logistics partners, or infrastructure providers
- Delays, failures, or disruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, internet outages, or government actions (Force Majeure)
In all cases, Meji’s total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Modifications and Changes
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting on the Site, sending email notifications, or updating the “Last Updated” date.
Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
