      • Sellers create their own listings
      • We do not warrant the completeness or reliability of any listing
      • Colors may appear slightly different on various screens
      • Natural variations in handmade items are not considered defects

   2. Order Process

      Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy. The sale is finalized when:

      1. The Seller accepts the order
      2. Payment is processed successfully
      3. Order confirmation is sent

   3. Pricing and Payment

      • Prices are set by Sellers
      • You agree to pay the full amount (item price + shipping + applicable taxes)
      • All payments are processed through secure third-party providers

7. Selling on Meji

   1. Seller Responsibilities

      As a Seller, you agree to:

      • Provide accurate, complete product information
      • Ship items as described and within stated timelines
      • Honor your return and refund policies
      • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

   2. Prohibited Items

      You may not sell items that are:

      • Illegal or regulated substances
      • Counterfeit or stolen goods
      • Hazardous materials
      • Items that infringe on intellectual property rights
      • Live animals
      • Weapons or ammunition

8. Fees

   1. Seller Fees

      Meji charges a commission on completed sales. Current fees:

       Each Seller sets their own return and refund policies, which must be clearly displayed in their shop.

    2. General Guidelines

       • Items must be returned in original condition
       • Return shipping costs are typically buyer’s responsibility
       • Custom or personalized items may not be returnable

    3. Dispute Resolution

       In case of disputes:

       1. Contact the Seller directly
       2. If unresolved, contact Meji support
       3. We may mediate but are not party to the transaction

11. Intellectual Property

    1. Meji’s Intellectual Property

       All Site content, features, and functionality are owned by Meji and protected by international copyright laws.

    2. Seller Content

       Sellers retain rights to their:

       • Product designs
       • Product photographs
       • Brand names and logos

       By posting Content, Sellers grant Meji a license to display that Content on the platform.

    3. Copyright Infringement

12. User Conduct
